Eating Disorders
I'm experienced working with eating disorders ranging from Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID. I focus on seeing you as a whole person, not just a disorder. We can work together to find a treatment plan that's specifically tailored to you and your needs. If requested, I will work with your doctor, dietician, psychiatrist, and the rest of your team to make sure you're getting the best care possible.
Body Image Issues
If you're struggling with your relationship with your body, we can work towards building a deeper understanding of these feelings and where they come from. I'm experienced in working with Body Dysmorphia and related conditions. If you're not sure if what you're struggling with is really Body Dysmorphia or an eating disorder, we can figure that out together. You deserve help and we can find your path to healing.
Neurodivergence
I embrace neurodivergence and acknowledge how important it is to provide safe spaces to explore your world judgement-free. As a neurodivergent person myself, I prioritize helping you find ways to work with your brain instead of trying to change it. It can be very challenging to operate in a world that feels like it wasn't made for you, and we can find ways to make that a little easier without seeing you as the problem.
Borderline Personality Disorder
I'm experienced and passionate about working with individuals struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder. This can look like feeling really overwhelming emotions, feeling highly anxious in relationships, having all-or-nothing thinking, and struggling with interpersonal issues. We can work on developing skills to help you navigate these feelings and communicate more effectively with others, reducing your distress and building healthier relationships.
Safe, Nonjudgmental Space
I believe this is one of the most important elements of therapy. Healing starts when you feel safe enough to start exploring the vulnerable thoughts, feelings, and memories that are often hidden from others, sometimes even from yourself. We will build a space where you feel truly comfortable and understood.
Services
Free 15 minute consult calls are available now by request. I offer both in-person and telehealth services.
Individual Session
Individual sessions are an hour long and start at $145. I offer sliding scale to those with lower income on a limited basis. I also offer 30 minute sessions and hour and a half sessions. These are priced proportionally to the hour rate. Feel free to reach out for more information!
Couples Session
I offer couples therapy at $165 an hour. These sessions are for each partner to be present for the duration of the session. I can also do couples work in individual sessions instead for those who want to work on relational issues privately.
Family Session
Family therapy sessions are $165 an hour. These sessions are sometimes used in addition to individual therapy to help strengthen your support system, if requested.
